Regular Audit Engagement

Essentially, our fees are in the form of monthly retainers. This basically covers the bulk of our fees for our regular audit engagements. Reimbursements of out-of-pocket expenses are billed at cost. In whole, our fees are patterned in a manner that the total cost of the engagement can be approximated without disturbing your corporate budget. This way you are assured that no surprise end-of-year costs are charged to your account.

Special Engagements

All services that are beyond the scope of our regular engagement are billed separately from our retainer. Our fees for these special engagements are, generally, lump sum fees and are considered fixed. In the eventuality that additional cost may be incurred, we shall first discuss the matter with your management and reconcile the matter before we proceed.
